1. Service Provider

2. Services

We offer pet sitting services including boarding (in our home), house sitting (at your home), dog walking, daycare, and drop-in visits. All services are subject to availability and a mandatory meet & greet session.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed after we respond with written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

4. Requirements

• All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations
• Pet owners must provide accurate health and behavioral information
• A meet & greet is mandatory before the first stay
• Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious diseases
• Pet owners must provide their pet's regular food and any medications

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged in full.

6. Liability

We care for all pets with the utmost attention and diligence. However, we cannot be held liable for health issues, injuries, or behavioral problems that are pre-existing or not disclosed by the pet owner. In case of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and take the pet to the nearest veterinarian if necessary. Emergency veterinary costs are the responsibility of the pet owner.

7. Photos & Media

We may take photos and videos of your pet during their stay for the purpose of sending you updates. We will not publish any photos on social media or our website without your explicit written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
